The 120-year old Waldhotel Pradaschier
Is located on an elevated slope overlooking
Churwalden with views across the valley
into the mountain world of Grison, with its
red, black, and white-named peaks.

This historical house offers accommodation
For 50 – 60 persons in single, double or shared rooms
With WC/showers located on each floor.
Several community rooms and verandas,
tastefully renovated with much charm, are at your disposal.
The surrounding garden invites relaxation under the open sky.
In winter, a path leads directly to the nearby ski slopes
(the Stätzerhorn region).

The group house offers some of the features typical of a health resort due to its quiet and idyllic location in nature. Built at the beginning of the last century, it engenders relaxation and ease. Renovated to retain its original character, it is cared for by the friends and employees of our association with Buddhist-like attention to detail. There is place for 50 - 60 persons in single, double and shared rooms. Freshly renovated, yet true to the original concept, there are shower rooms, washrooms and toilets on each floor.

Nestling among birch and pine woods, the hotel can be reached by foot from the nearest bus station Furnerhus in about 20 minutes. Good walking shoes are recommended. If arriving by car, there are eight parking places in front of the hotel. Further parking is available at the turnoff to the hotel from the main road.

Facilities

Enjoy breakfast or coffee on the sunny terrasse, or on our bright, protected veranda. Celebrate in the spacious dining hall or find a cool spot to relax near the woods at the back of the house.

The group house Waldhotel Pradascier has already been the location of many weddings, celebrations, seminars and yoga retreats. There is a fully functional, professional kitchen at your disposal. We are also available to assist you with your preparations.

A Space for Slowing Down

The group house Waldhotel Pradaschier provides a space, which you and your companions can decorate in accordance with your needs.

It is possible to erect tents and set out tables in the garden, light a campfire and enjoy the refreshing mountain air and sunshine both summer and winter.

Please note that for security reasons fires, candles and incense are not allowed inside the house. We are available to answer any further questions you may have.

It is only possible to rent the entire group house Waldhotel Pradaschier. The prices include VAT. Generally the rental period beginns at 15h on the date of arrival and ends at 14h on the date of departure. It is necessary to know the number of guests for price calculation, e.g. the visitor’s tax (CHF 2.70 per person/night). This will be calculated after the event when the exact number of guests is known. Parking in the locality of Churwalden/Pradashier costs CHF 5.00 per day, payable to the municipality. The prices of the booking calculator are only indicative, definitive prices are according to specific offers. Further services may be agreed on and calculated separately.
